¹ Priority suggestions: Suggestions you submit as a priority suggestion will receive a direct answer from our product team (instead of no answer via our suggestion form). You can use one priority suggestion per calendar month, either when submitting a new suggestion or by promoting a suggestion you have already posted. If our product team deems your suggestion fit, it might be prioritized (meaning that it will be implemented faster compared to other suggestions). If your membership ends or is downgraded, priority suggestions that are still awaiting a decision lose their priority status. We reserve the right to deny any suggestions or prioritization without reason at any time.
² Priority support: When opening a ticket, your ticket will be put at the top of the ticket queue (if there are other priority tickets waiting, all priority tickets will be sorted by creation time). This means a faster initial response from our team on average, but ticket waiting times are still dependent on customer service availability and on the total number of requests. In particular, customer service might be limited on German holidays and weekends.
